Pawenary, Billy Tunas, Ari Saptono, Elkana Timotius

Organizations with superior human resources need to form companies to implement tasks and responsibilities effectively. In project-based organizations, employees are expected to control costs, quality, and time depending on the development of the project. The research is definitely different with previous researches because it focuses on organization which is run base on the project, not in regular work. Project-based organization must be more organized because it has time limit, meet the budget, and achieve the quality of work as planned. The purpose of this study therefore is to evaluate the relationship between variables affecting employee performance in a project-based organization, including organizational culture, knowledge management, and teamwork. Data were collected from 150 respondents at various levels in a project-based organization in Indonesia. The analysis using Structural Equation Modeling showed these variables significantly influence employee performance, except knowledge management.
